Location: Bucharest (travel required – up to 30% inside Romania)
No of years of experience:Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Internal Audit/ Finance/ Accounting
Education required: Bachelor's degree in audit/accounting or other business field of study.

Key Accountabilities/ Job Description
Based on the company’s risk assessment and internal audit plan, perform audits across functions/locations to ensure compliance to policies and procedures;
Create audit work programs for assigned engagements under the Manager’s supervision;
Create and keep up to date the audit files for the missions assigned, documenting all steps of the process;
During the internal audit missions, review management’s responses to audit findings and recommendations for appropriateness and inclusion in the final audit report;
Have the ability to perform audits/ improvements in processes across all areas of operations, sales, finance, IT etc;
Provide internal audit clients (partners) with courteous, friendly service, which exceeds their expectations while performing internal audits, efficiently and accurately;
Be an effective team member through cooperation, flexibility, dependability, attendance, and participation at meetings and training;
Knowledge of accounting practices/procedures, internal controls, and operational risk management. Knowledge and/or experience in the health services industry is desirable;
