Back Office Representative with Dutch

Hoist Finance is a Swedish bank specializing in the redemption and management of portfolios of bank loans. Since the start of the 2008 crisis, European banks have accumulated stocks of NPL (non-performing loans) that have not yet been absorbed. It is in this context that Hoist Finance intervenes by investing in portfolios (repurchase of receivables) and taking over the management of outstanding (civil, commercial and real estate receivables).

The Insolvency Agent Benelux supports the Senior Insolvency Agent Benelux and the Litigation
Manager on the efficiency and effectiveness of the internal Debt restructure collection processes
by advising the third parties (debtors, intermediaries and debt restructure organisations) on the best possible collection result (cash) without reputation damage.

Escalation if needed to the Senior Insolvency Agent Benelux on operational issues

defined by the Senior Insolvency Agent Benelux and the Collection Manager
Input on optimising internal processes

Work tasks of the position

Communicate effectively by phone with debtors as well as debt restructure organisations on debt
restructure issues (Debt restructure proposals, bankruptcy, Chapter 11 and WSNP) with the most
optimum results without losing sight of the potential reputation damage to the company
Supports Litigation manager as well as the Senior Insolvency Agent Benelux on creating
reporting on internal Debt Restructure collection performance
