What will make you successful
4-5 years of experience in training coordination in a global multinational environment
Structured organization (systems, processes) and communication within a global multinational environment
Training planning, scheduling, tracking, follow-up coordination, and reporting
Experience coordinating and communicating virtually in a remote work environment
Project Management skills
Efficient in the usage of MS Office 365 tools
Fluent in business English (oral, written)
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working with global teams and will be responsible for efficiently managing coordination activities:
Scheduling and Program Coordination
Coordinate with HR teams to seek nominations for development programs
Support L&D team members in the cohort selection process
Set up training schedules and manage trainer rosters
Collaborate with LMS admins to assign programs to the selected cohort learners
Conduct orientation sessions for pre-deployment program promotion.
Conduct monthly progress sessions and reports with program hosts and learning teams to ensure consistency, gain general feedback, and discuss program improvements.
Communicate with Learners:
Communicate with learners about program details including the training schedule, objectives, expectations, evaluation process, required technology etc.
Send notifications and reminders to selected learners for duration of development programs
Support selected learners with administrative and logistical issues
Communicate and coordinate with trainers:
Maintain a list of trainers for relevant training programs
Coordinate trainer schedules to meet the needs of program schedules
Support trainers with administrative, technical and logistical issues for the programs they run
This role is also responsible for working closely with the Learning Development team for reporting training results and gather end-user feedback to improve programs based on the scheduled program life cycle
Support other Learning programs, processes, and tools deployment (such as 360) as needed
