For this role, we are looking for a colleague with the following profile:

Fresh graduate with relevant degree;
High passion for the factory environment related to food production;
Preferably with previous trainee/internship experience from a factory environment;
Fluency in English is a must;
Willingness to learn and curiosity;
Analytical mindset and a pro-active approach

Descrierea jobului

As a Raws&Pack Call Off Planner in our Supply Planning Department you will be involved in planning and supply of raw materials and packaging, based on contracts completed by the Cycles & Procurement department, on medium and long term.

As part of the role, you will be responsible to:

Plan and ensure the supply with the necessary raw materials and packaging on medium and long term following the evolution of sales estimates (forecast and GPS).
Send the supply orders to the suppliers and follow the receipt of the confirmations; keep in touch with suppliers, for orders, stocks and deliveries according to the internal agreed process
Follow the evolution of stocks and, as the case may be, modify orders in the short and medium term, and in the long term follow the supply forecast and ensure that the information is transmitted to suppliers according to the agreed internal process.
Control and monitor stocks, in order to maintain the level defined by the company (specific indicators, delistings, etc.).
Introduce the supply orders in SAP and send suppliers orders from SAP through defined tools
Participate in the issuance of the stock policy for raw materials and materials and monitors its fulfillment.
Participate in the cost optimization processes / productivity projects initiated within the department and interdepartmental.
Plan the flows of raw materials and materials to avoid blocking the deposits and the consequences arising from it, as well as carrying out analyzes to anticipate the blockages.
Accurately maintain of MRP parameters in the system and define the working parameters in case of new SKUs.
