    Requirements

    • Very good communication skills and high attention to details;
    • Capable of recognizing problems and gathering information in order to solve them;
    • Strong analytical approach and problem-solving skills needed for complex issues;
    • Proactivity, involvement, and teamwork are also of great value;
    • Focus on customer service, user experience, and delivery of organizational priorities;
    • Ability to efficiently collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders;
    • Organized, pressure resilient, open to change;
    • Strong English and German language skills, both in writing and speaking;
    • Basic ITIL awareness and operational knowledge are also considered an advantage.

    Responsibilities

    • Monitor and identify issues, perform basic troubleshooting steps and gather information, inform and escalate the issue further (other teams, 3rd party providers, other vendors);
    • Perform regular checks on the infrastructure systems in order to identify and take corrective actions to avoid service disruptions;
    • Follow ITIL based processes (Incident Management, Request Management, Problem Management, etc.) and apply them in different ticketing platforms;
    • Learn to use worldwide known monitoring tools (Nagios, Check MK, Zabbix, Grafana) and interact with major cloud solutions;
    • Act as a communication bridge between different parties involved in each project.
