    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    - Experience in a similar position.
    - Strong knowledge of labor law and its applicability in payroll and administration;
    - Experience in recruitment processes / strategies / recruitment channels;
    - Autonomous, empathetic, energetic, people-oriented person;
    - Orientation towards automation and improvement of HR processes.

    Responsabilitati

    - Coordination of the payroll & admin Cluj team & HR center support, located in Bucharest;
    - Management of recruitment processes, active involvement in HR center recruitment strategies;
    - Monitoring and involvement in the induction process for new colleagues;
    - Coordination and management of learning & development programs;
    - Ensures that the HR team is aware of all legislative changes that have an impact on the organization's activity and passes on to the organization how these changes impact the business;
    - Proposing solutions to streamline the activity of the department from an administrative point of view: automation/development;
    - Active coordination of the team to improve HR processes and proposing various programs that may benefit the employee;
    - Management of salary policy processes, retention, turnover;
    - HR consultant for all department managers;
    - Proposing improvement measures in the organization in terms of team structure, taking into account the impact they may have on current business activity;
    - Preparation of monthly or on request of various reports;
    - Representing the company about state institutions.
