    Studii superioare finalizate (Facultatea de Drept);
    Experienta minimum 3 - 5 ani intr-o firma de avocatura sau intr-o companie multinationala;
    Limba engleza - nivel avansat;
    Cunostinte avansate MS Office (Word, Excel);
    Gandire analitica, abilitati de comunicare, negociere si relationare, atentie la detalii.


    Redactarea, analizarea, negocierea contractelor incheiate de societate;
    Gestionarea si garantarea corectitudinii contractelor;
    Elaborarea si avizarea actelor juridice incheiate de societate;
    Consultarea periodica a legislatiei, informarea si acordarea de consultanta juridica departamentelor firmei;
    Redactarea diverselor documente emise de societate (notificari, cereri, declaratii, adrese, decizii interne, proceduri, regulamente, etc);
    Gestionarea conformitatii certificarilor obtinute de catre companie si urmarirea procesului de GDPR;
    Gestionarea si intocmirea documentatiei corporate;
    Gestionarea relatiilor cu institutiile publice si cu alti colaboratori externi ai departamentului juridic;
    Identificarea categoriilor de risc juridic, implicatiile si modalitatile de diminuare/inlaturare a acestora;
    Acordarea asistentei juridice tuturor departamentelor din cadrul companiei;
    Gestionarea si urmarirea litigiilor si raportarea litigiilor si stadiul lor administratorilor.
