    • Bachelor degree;

    Minimum experience in the field:

    • At least 2 years of experience;


    • Microsoft Excel at an advanced level;
    • Experience in working with order management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.);


    • Problem solving skills;
    • Systematic, organized and precise working style;
    • Independent and pro-active working style;
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
    • Good communication skills;
    • Ability to work in team (including virtual teams);
    • Customer orientation;

    Languages spoken:

    • Fluent level of English;
    • Nice to have languages: French, Italian, German;

    Nice to have:

    • Willingness to travel.

    Job Description

    • Support the Project Manager in pre-order phase (forecast updates, clarification of technical content etc.);
    • Receives and processes sample orders from the customer;
    • Confirm the technical definition with the Project Manager;
    • Ensures that the customer requirement of each order is transmitted to the Plant;
    • Informs the customer about planned delivery dates
    • Distributes the sample delivery plan to customer and internally after each meeting with the Project Manager;
    • Ensures and follows customer communication;
    • Ensures and follows internal communication with Plant.
