    Cerinte


    o University degree in Marketing or Business studies;
    o 2 years experience in a similar role;
    o Very strong communication skills;
    o Creativity, flexibility, adaptability negotiation, organization and presentation skills.;
    o Confident, patient, polite and diplomatic when handling difficult situations;
    o Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills; able to multi-task;
    o Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced working environment; enjoy a challenge and thrive in uncertainty and change;
    o Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
    o Excellent written and oral communication skills;
    o Strong brand marketing experience, ideally within alcoholic beverages;
    o Ability to implement global brand strategies locally;
    o Have a genuine interest and passion for alcoholic beverages;
    o Must be fluent in English. Any other language would be considered an advantage;
    o Hold a driving license.

    Responsabilitati

    o Creating and presenting the annual strategic objectives and marketing plans for the assigned brands;
    o Implementing the strategic plan for fulfilling the long-term objectives of the brand and achieving a significant increase in the volumes (quantitative/qualitative);
    o Permanent monitoring of the growth in the market of each brand assigned;
    o Studying the direct and indirect competition of the brands that are in his area of responsibility;
    o Proposing ATL and BTL actions that are required to obtain a better positioning of the brands in the market and confronting competition;
    o Implementing and permanent supervision of all marketing actions (both scheduled and on the spot) related to the assigned brands;
    o Ensuring the appropriate distribution in the marketing actions of the resources allocated to its brands, ensuring the cost control of the expenses in the allocated budget;
    o Maintaining a good relationship with all the experienced persons involved in the brand circuit (agency’ employees, sales force or distributors), to ensure quality support for product growth;
    o Working in a team, knowing the company's capabilities, understanding customer needs, and finally be able to combine all these for the benefit of the brand and actions that need to be taken;
    o Coordinating the interdepartmental actions and activities in order to obtain the best services in placing in the market and subsequent follow-up of the brand;
    o Permanent reporting to the company's management of the results obtained and/or of the stage of implementation of the actions related to each brand.
