    We are looking for a Senior Customer Experience Specialist to join our Honeywell Building Technologies Team in Bucharest. You will provide support to the Service and Projects organization by processing work packages / managing requests in a timely and correct manner.



    Processes a wide variety of maintenance related activities between Honeywell and customers: records, changes in the list of equipment or obligations covered by the contract (escalations), cancellations, re-registrations;
    RQB - reactive quoted: creation, re-creation, additions and deductions;
    Creating project structures, always taking into account the need for different cost allocations (including changes, creation of new activities, and the "finalized" technical setting), according with the documented customer requirements
    Processes changes in project structures or orders, depending on the requests received
    Creates Field Citrix work order (field operational planning)
    Handles customer configuration requests (creating, modifying, extending and creating links.


    Minimum High School Diploma, or equivalent
    Advanced English and French or Italian or Dutch or German skills, both written and spoken
    Continuous improvement mindset
    Ability to manage complex projects and drive processes
    An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
