Technical and functional skills:
Minimum one year of SQL working knowledge
Previous functional knowledge of French Human Resources solutions is preferred
Knowledge of Java, HTML and is considered a plus
DB Hawk or similar (SQL Developer, Toad, etc).
Knowledge of Eclipse IDE and GIT is considered a plus.
Willingness to learn and further develop technical skills
Personal effectiveness: analytical spirit and ability to synthesise, good time management, organised, rigorous
Autonomy and proactivity: in the event of any issue, there should be a diagnosis, call and proposal.
Adaptability: priorities between projects may change.
Involvement and sense of commitment: HR Training clients are large and medium companies with many employeesto 20 K employees) and cannot accept any change to deadlines nor to quality standards.
As a member of the Client Service Team, the HR Training Solution Engineer is in charge of the HR Training clients of France NA and France MA BUs (large and medium renowned companies).
Within the Web team GXP Link, the HR Training Solution Engineer has direct interactions with Account Managers and is involved in the high quality of service expected by them.
In collaboration with the Account Manager of each customer, the HR Training Solution Engineer is in charge of developments requested by clients, while understanding the upstream and downstream impacts to the overall human capital management ecosystem.
The HR Training Solution Engineer also provides support and assistance to clients as needed.
Meets client requests for assistance on using the solution.
Participates in product environment monitoring and unlocks production situations for the HR Training Product.
Takes proactive and reactive corrective measures to ensure the successful integration of the HR Training solution within the Human Capital Management Ecosystem
Participates in request analysis along with the account managers in charge of the functional analysis
Participates in the estimation of development projects workload and in the planning of change requests. Implements development projects and change request accordingly.
Handles development and support requests for the HR Training application:
patch installations, migrations and version upgrades
report development using SQL based tools and jasper/iReport
batch/interface development in Java
Participates in the issue/bug technical analysis and facilitates the communication of Account Managers with the R&D team. Collaborates with the R&D department for enhancing and updating HR Training
Identifies the areas of improvement, the training opportunities and the necessary SOPs on the topics where this is necessary.
