    Required Experience:
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • 4-5 years of Instructional Design experience
    • 2-3 years designing remote / virtual learning
    • Experience using eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Powtoon, Adobe Captivate, Articulate 360 etc.)
    • Experience using LMS and virtual delivery software (preference MS Teams)
    • Advanced use of MS Office suite


    What will you contribute?

    - Role requires good understanding and utilization of concepts in learning design and delivery incorporating formal instructional design principles and applicability of these to improve Financial Services domain knowledge at Finastra (contextualized to our solutions and customers)
    - Role requires basic understanding of how Future Learning Capability integrates within the Organizational Effectiveness sub-function
    - No supervisory responsibilities
    - Role uses judgment based on the analysis of information
    - Inputs to decisions within own discipline by keeping up-to-date with innovative learning tools / methodologies
    - Area of impact is primarily on own team objectives
    - Role has developed communication and diplomacy skills
    - Role reports directly into Director, Future Learning Capability

    Responsibilities & Deliverables:
    Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Perform extensive learning needs analysis with internal stakeholders
    • Design & develop virtual ILT sessions, webinars, eLearning, videos etc.
    • Plan and execute delivery/implementation of learning programs
    • Direct/persuade/influence others, being able to build and maintain solid trust relationships
    • Mentor internal experts on video shoot techniques, and virtual learning delivery (Train the Trainer)
