    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Cerinte

    ― Fluent in French;
    ― Intermediate level of English;
    ― Interested in HR domain and previous experience in related fields;
    ― Good communicator with a solution-oriented approach;
    ― Team player with good communication skills;
    ― Attention to details is a necessary skill;
    ― Analytical and reliable with a proactive approach to entrusted tasks;
    ― Able to solve urgent matters and work under pressure;
    ― Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT);
    ― Independent and manages to organize tasks according to priorities.

    Responsabilitati

    ― Understand project context and priorities for open demand (roles);
    ― Create productivity reports and run analysis against them;
    ― Review and ensure submission of time reports for the specific groups;
    ― Review employee’s targets, forecast the upcoming target results and monitor their assignment status;
    ― Work with stakeholders to understand the business environment and needs in order to determine, develop and execute innovative solutions;
    ― Provide guidance for resolving demand issues and provide input into resource planning activities;
    ― Be in charge of matching internal candidates with the roles assigned and get people staffed.
