2021 Technology Spring Week

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) has grown to become one of the world’s foremost financial market infrastructure and capital markets groups, and a globally recognised leader in emerging financial technology, or FinTech. LSEG Technology develops and operates high performance technology solutions, including trading, market surveillance and post trade systems for over 40 platforms and exchanges, including the Group's own markets.

We are looking for STEM students, graduating in 2023, who are passionate about technology to join our Technology Spring Week where you will discover how we use technology to shape the world’s financial markets. During the event, through a combination of classroom-based sessions, networking events, business presentations and work shadowing you will learn more about our technology opportunities as well as the culture and values that underpin the work we do. If you are successful during the Spring Week you will have the opportunity to be considered for our 8-week Technology Summer Internship Programme in 2022.

Recruitment Process

We operate a rolling recruitment process with telephone interviews starting from mid-February 2021.

• The first stage of the recruitment process involves a review of your CV and motivational statement.
• Should you pass the initial screening stage, you will be invited to complete online psychometric tests (general ability).
• The final stage is a telephone interview where we will test your motivations for the role as well as some of our key competencies.

Please note, all of our assessments will be run virtually this year.
