    Cerinte



    * Plan, develop and direct marketing efforts for the assigned brand
    * Create strategies to take advantage of market opportunities
    * Conceptualize strategic initiatives and implement details of the campaigns
    * Execute strategies with cross-functional teams
    * Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies
    * Supervise brand content
    * Manage access to brand assets
    * Develop brand standards and usage guidelines
    * Assist integration of campaigns with brand consistency
    * Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research
    * Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products
    * Work closely with all relevant departments/stakeholders to consult on all brand-related aspects that important for the proper implementation of brand initiatives
    * Write reports, specifications and creative briefs.




    * University degree
    * Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing, a considerable part of the experience must be in FMCG, preferably food;
    * Proven results in successfully managing both local and global brands;
    * Very good project management & analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges within the larger market context and specifically for the assigned brand(s), attention to details
    * Excellent problem solving skills with a "can do" atitude;
    * Ownership and initiative are key;
    * People management skills is considered an advantage
    * Ability to think creatively and innovatively
    * Capacity to work independently
    * Understanding of consumer research
    * Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
    * Capacity to mobilize the organization, inspire and influence
    * Fluent English, Romanian.
