Hands-on experience in at least one of specified domains IFRS 9, Basel II / III, Credit rating models, Digital Lending solutions development/implementation/management
Experience in development & implementation of risk management products/ solutions/ systems
Proven leadership qualities and experience in spearheading various client's engagements
Project management and liaison skills / Stakeholder management
Keen interest in quantitative finance, understanding of the global economy and fundamental factors including negative interest rate environment affecting the valuation of various asset classes including equity derivatives, rates, commodities etc.
High proficiency in written and spoken English
Ability to identify and solve issues effectively on time, eye for details
Prowess towards preparing Business Requirement Specifications, Data Specifications, and senior management presentations
Strong client relationship management capabilities
Business Management (Post) Graduate, preferably in Finance specialization
Join a fast-growing Risk MRM team, with a focus in designing, building and selling new productized offering
Business development: feed into the brainstorming process/proof of concept/documents that drive solutions that would meet the Client's needs
Identify what other areas have scope for projects, by knowing and understanding the Clients pain points/processes e.g. what else can be automated
Project Management: create tailor-made projects and lead on the project delivery. Plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way
Client Management: Identify opportunities to provide value-adds on the existing workstream to clients; manage client communication on projects, deliverables, etc. and strengthen the relationship; be on top of identifying opportunities and act as a solutions provider
