Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with different Allianz group companies on customer requirements;
• Coordinate onboarding activities with different infrastructure teams (network, server, platform);
• Create a plan for onboarding activities for the Hybrid Cloud environment;
• Document the onboarding processes and create a knowledge base of customer relevant artefacts;
• Report on the progress;
• Resolve and escalate technical or organization issues to unblock customer.

Skills:

• Very good communication skills in English - written and spoken;
• Good coordination and project management skills;
• Understanding of technical terms in infrastructure area;
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure setup;
• Good social and team working skills;
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, Jira, Confluence.
