L3 Windows Server Engineer

Experience in a similar position (L3 Support); Advanced in Windows Server environment and infrastructure;
Proficient in O365 related issues or familiar with Cloud environment – AWS/Azure;
Hands-on experience with PowerShell;
Knowledge of VMware and networking – beginner level or upper;
Excellent English skills – written and verbal;
Proactive, team-player and oriented to self-development.

Offer assistance to 2nd level support team to complex issues that are out of their responsibility;
In charge of tasks related to enterprise environment and core infrastructures (DNS, AD, DHCP);
Responsible for L3 operational support regarding O365 issues;
Offer support during migration processes;
Writing documentation when needed;
Troubleshooting and maintenance;
Available for on-call activity.
