    • Experienta relevanta tn calcul salarial obligatoriu
    • Experienta tn utilizarea unor aplicatii de pontaj si/sau salarizare
    • Cunostinte avansate Microsoft Office
    • Experienta tn procese de administrare de personal
    • Cunostinte de legislatia muncii si legislatia fiscala aferente procesului de salarizare

    Limbi straine:

    • Engleza - nivel avansat

    Job Description

    • Vei colecta/opera toate informatiile necesare tn procesul de calcul salarial: verificare pontaj, tnregistrarea elementelor de pontaj tn sistemul de salarizare pe tipuri diferite de absente, identificarea sporurilor specifice de noapte si de weekend, tnregistrare manuala a concediilor medicale tn sistemul de salarizare, calcularea orelor suplimentare de plata, colectarea informatiilor pentru tnregistrarea diferitelor tipuri de bonusuri, retineri, avantaje salariale, prelucrarea raportului de beneficii flexibile si tntocmirea comenzilor
    • Vei tnregistra toate procesele mentionate anterior tn sistemul de salarizare
    • Vei verifica dosarele angajatilor noi, actele aditionale sau orice alta modificare a elementelor din contractul de munca survenite tn cursul lunii
    • Vei efectua procesul de calcul salarial
    • Te vei ocupa de tntocmirea rapoartelor necesare diverselor analize si departamente (raportul concediilor medicale; rapoarte legate de salarizare, raportul orelor suplimentare, absenteism)
    • Vei avea implicare activa tn procesul de calcul a revizuirii salariale si a acordarii de bonusuri, precum si a documentelor si rapoartelor ulterioare acestui proces

    * contractul este pe o perioada determinata de 2 ani
