    • Vei colecta/opera toate informa?iile necesare ?n procesul de calcul salarial: verificare pontaj, ?nregistrarea elementelor de pontaj ?n sistemul de salarizare pe tipuri diferite de absen?e, identificarea sporurilor specifice de noapte ?i de weekend, ?nregistrare manual? a concediilor medicale ?n sistemul de salarizare, calcularea orelor suplimentare de plat?, colectarea informa?iilor pentru ?nregistrarea diferitelor tipuri de bonusuri, re?ineri, avantaje salariale, prelucrarea raportului de beneficii flexibile ?i ?ntocmirea comenzilor
    • Vei ?nregistra toate procesele men?ionate anterior ?n sistemul de salarizare
    • Vei verifica dosarele angaja?ilor noi, actele adi?ionale sau orice alt? modificare a elementelor din contractul de munc? survenite ?n cursul lunii
    • Vei efectua procesul de calcul salarial
    • Te vei ocupa de ?ntocmirea rapoartelor necesare diverselor analize ?i departamente (raportul concediilor medicale; rapoarte legate de salarizare, raportul orelor suplimentare, absenteism)
    • Vei avea implicare activ? ?n procesul de calcul a revizuirii salariale ?i a acord?rii de bonusuri, precum ?i a documentelor ?i rapoartelor ulterioare acestui proces
