Practical experience (2 years+) in SAP SuccessFactors with a focus on Employee Central
Experience with ticket systems (ServiceNow)
Experience On-Premise (OM-Data) and in the Cloud
Ideally also first experiences in other modules
Service-oriented and team-able
German skills (min. B1)

Implementation of changes
Integration in projects
Support with release management: testing and documentation
Ticket Support
