    Requirements

    Project management methodology
    Knowledge of the IT process methodology (ITIL)
    English:C1 – advanced
    Preference: IT Manager previous experience

    Responsibilities

    Lead the local First line of support & Manage IT services received during transition period
    Put IT run in condition according with business needs, set corrective actions when necessary.
    Mobilize IT team to work on quality assurance for IT Ops (IT Production) and ADM (Demand & Project Management including Quality Assurance on delivery) perimeters.
    Deploy a reliable and sustainable Incident and Change management processes, in order to assure IT production stability.
    Report IT status to the management (local & regional)
    Define, validate and deploy the Target Operating model Romanian IT

    Acquire control on the IT Project Delivery, deploy methodology preconized by the Group
    Put under control the IT project portfolio and the IT Budget (Run & Change)

    Internal research in order to identify resources and skills gap’s and critical positions not covered
    Identify IT governance process that need to be reinforced or restructured
    P4
    Define plan to refit IT Romania organization and resources, according with the needs
    Elaborate a Financial plan to support the Romania IT transformation
    Participate on the talents research (interviews) to fill the uncovered critical positions
