    University degree;
    Advanced knowledge of English and French
    Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
    Previous working experience for a multinational company (HR field experience is an advantage);
    Having a “can do” attitude and good problem solving skills
    Customer focused & understand customer requirements and priorities;


    Contract preparation and modifications;
    On-boarding administration (including but not limited to contract preparation, track progress, induction and all necessary arrangements);
    Employee letters (e.g. verification letters);
    Medical and benefits administration;
    Leave and exit administration;
    HRS providers invoice check and necessary administration (e.g. approval);
    Answering customers calls; Initiate improvement ideas and actions on it;
    Coordinate and provide data and info to payroll for monthly closing and also other HRS related reports;
    Working closely with other departments, such as Finance, Government Relations, Staffing;
