What you will do:

Provide voice, chat and email support for issues such as: account and billing services, technical support and in-game support.
Offer assistance to customers for different devices and for a variety of problems like in game errors, log in problems, account settings, etc.

- Inbound calls (40%), Click-to-chat (55%), Email support (5%).
