    Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree, and at least 3 years of work experience as a Recruiter
    • Experienced working knowledge of talent acquisition philosophy and principles
    • Proven work experience as a Headhunter
    • English language proficiency
    • Flexible, problem solving approach and strong team player
    • Kindness, openness and initiative
    • Strong customer focus
    • Good understanding of local and international market
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills

    Responsabilitati

    As a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Specialist you will be focusing on:

    Business analysis – before starting the recruitment process, you will work closely with the manager in order to identify the needs and define the role
    Recruitment process management - You’ll be the project manager for all your open roles, meaning you’ll be managing end-to-end the recruitment process in an efficient and engaging manner
    Talent sourcing – you will attract the right talent for our team in a resourceful way, including headhunting
    Candidate Xperience –You put yourself in candidate’s shoes and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
    Employer Branding – each one of us is a brand representative, but you will act as a true Employer Brand Ambassador for Nobel, in job fairs and all other relevant events
    Hiring process – you will facilitate the hiring on on-boarding process: contract signatures, ensuring new employees have the rights tools and access before they start;
    Reporting – you will offer information and status for your recruitment projects to managers and HR Director and prepare recruitment reports
