    Requirements

    - Proficient knowledge of Office365 Business Pack (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Office Suite) and Azure AD
    - Minimum 3 years of professional experience ideally gained in IT support, Shared Services, Outsourcing or Consulting sector and/or project environment
    - English C level – Advanced user (speaking & writing)
    - Good Understanding of IT Security Policies, IT Security Standards, IT Security Procedures and regulations, guidelines
    - Good Knowledge of OSes at administrative level (Linux, Windows, Mac OS)
    - Ability to write and improve technical procedures
    - Device management – encrypting, managing users, etc
    - Nice to have: Administrative Basic knowledge of HA Proxy, PostgreSQL
    - Nice to have: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), former cybersecurity experience, network engineering
    - Knowledge in programming languages area or scripting is a plus
    - Knowledge of deploying and operating Security Products that perform Automated Patching, Vulnerability Management and Scans, Security Information and Event Management,
    - Antivirus Management, digital forensics tools is considered a plus
    - University degree – Bachelor’s degree in IT related area

    Responsibilities

    - Service desk ticketing creation, maintenance, reporting
    - Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
    - Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications (including Apple devices and laptops)
    - Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues, providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
    - Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
    - Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
    - Execute assigned IT tasks or lead w/o under supervision and guidance the assigned IT tasks or project(s) meetings and project objectives within the expected dates, budget and quality
    - Work on assignments requiring considerable judgment and initiative
    - Understands implications of work and makes recommendations for solutions
    - Understand client expectations and priorities
    - To execute technical daily procedures as per business requirements
    - To regularly check the information system functionality
    - To support user’s requests regarding PCs matter
    - To answer rapidly to internal customer requests regarding systems and programs used within the company
    - To provide IT technical support (windows, Office365) with accurate and creative solutions to raised problems
    - To research, resolve, and respond to general issues (Office365, windows, outlook, internet) received via telephone calls and e-mails from internal customers located in other offices/countries
    - To respect company`s policies and procedures
    - To ensure confidentiality (users, passwords etc), security and availability of IT information
    - To offer support to HR Team regarding onboarding of new employees (installing new working stations, programs, creating new users etc)
    - To report to managers on any issue that could significantly impact the business
    - To manage the stock and the purchase of new IT equipment according to internal processes and procedures
    - Maintain weekly, monthly reports and coordinate with management on decision making
    -Participate in enforcing department specific processes and procedures – ensure compliance with IT Security Policies and Procedures
    - Assess potential security threats, vulnerabilities and risks
    - Perform key management functions for a complex environment
    - Patch Management, Vulnerability Management, Monitoring, Security OS & MW, Logging, Health Checks, User ID Management
    - Deploys, configures, maintains Software IT Security Components
    - Monitors system activity and integrity, protection levels, and security related events
    - Conducts security tests as required
    - Prepare technical reports
