    For our client, a renowned company, with 60 years of history in providing services to oil&gas industry, power generation and shipbuilding clients, we are searching for an highly dynamic Administrative Assistant, ready to join a fast pace organization.

    Required qualifications
    • Degree in economics field
    • English proficiency level (C1 level certified)
    • Fluency in Italian (B2 level certified)
    • Previous experience as Administrative Assistant in international business environment (at least 2-3 years);
    • Strong communication and organizational skills;
    • Proactive, Team player, young mindset, motivated and flexible;
    • Optimistic and passionate, committed to do the extra mile;
    • Excellent ability to multi-task and support multiple colleagues;
    • Professional MS Office user.


    • Provide general administrative support to management/project teams;
    • Prepare relevant documentation for tax and labour deadlines on monthly basis;
    • Liaise incoming and outcoming emails, phone calls and supplies;
    • Organize meetings and business travels for our Romanian organization and external visitors;
    • Contribute in team initiatives to improve overall process efficiency and quality.
