CIVIL - STRUCTURAL ENGINEER - DESIGNER

Civil/Structural engineers participate in civil/structural design and analysis of assigned deliverables on oil & gas projects. This includes specific complex deliverables such as structures, racks, modules, foundations, paving, drainage and other underground arrangements. They also work on conceptual studies, cost and planning studies, and documents for construction permits.


Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Prepare design calculations
• Assist in specifications with guidance from colleagues
• Perform engineering work on modelling and drafting
• Prepare material take offs of civil/structural work
• Provide engineering support to other disciplines
• Assist in preparation of subcontract documents
• Review other discipline and vendor drawings

• Master’s degree in civil/structural steel engineering
• Ideally relevant experience in civil/structural steel design or engineering
• Experience with CAD systems
• Intermediate understanding of the English language
• Willing to relocate to Czech Republic (Brno)
