    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years’ experience, managing teams in a medium size company;
    • Proven work experience as HR Manager or similar role;
    • Solid understanding of labor legislation.
    • Excellent English skills (written and oral);
    • Leadership skills;
    • Ability to foster healthy employee relations;
    • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
    • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;

    Responsibilities

    Job purpose and key deliverables:

    • Plans, organizes and supervises the implementation of company-wide HR Administration strategy, serving as a technical lead for local specialized teams to stay aligned while maintaining local relevance;
    • Leads the development and implementation of HRA-related policies, strategies and operational tactics, processes and procedures at global level;
    • Leads the technical competencies development of all HRA staff, in collaboration with local HRMs;
    • Manages the Romanian HRA team, securing proper implementation of all HRA processes in Romania;
    • Liaises with Finance Department (owner of the Payroll process) and Operations department (in charge of scheduling and schedule reporting for the operational staff), as well as with all other business areas where the HRA activities are involved in the value chain;
