    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, we would like you to have confirmed experience or knowledge of the following technologies and tools:

    Good communication skills
    Knowledge of operational risk framework and processes
    Knowledge of IT Infrastructure, services and technology
    Experience handling stakeholders’ requirements
    Experience of operational risk in an IT environment
    Knowledge of audit methodology
    Experience in service management of third-party suppliers

    Responsibilities

    In this role, your responsibilities are:

    Contribute to all internal Risk, Control and Compliance activities, using appropriate tools and methodology, according to Group policies
    Handle the IT risk management and control assurance activities facing into the customer entities
    Support the Operational Risk and Control framework activities
    Support the Business Continuity Management framework activities
    Support follow-up and analytics on incidents to identify potential trends or areas where controls may require improvement
    Source, Collate and Provision of management information as required by management and/or customer entities
    Collaboration with and Management of risk stakeholders including Internal Audit, Compliance, Group Operational Risk management and external organisations as required
    Support the proactive escalation, reporting, provision, and challenge in relation to loss event resolution, incident management and business change processes, to ensure risk profile of the business and/or activities remains within appetite
