Role description
The Partner Channel Marketing Manager for Partner Enablement (PCMM-E) is key to Microsoft's partner strategy as part of the One Commercial Partner (OCP) organization. This role will work together with 1) Area PCMM-E Lead to build partner capacity and capabilities leveraging appropriate digital engines, virtual learning and in-person events for targeted partners 2) Local PTS Team that sets requirements & supports Enablement execution.

Main activities
TOGETHER WITH THE AREA DRIVE PARTNER ENABLEMENT STRATEGY AND PLAN ACROSS MICROSOFT PRODUCTS

Understand Areal Microsoft products and services capacity needs and gaps.

Create an end-to-end partner enablement plan across Microsoft products and services.

GROW PARTNER CAPACITY THROUGH SMOOTH EXECUTION OF AN AREA PARTNER ENABLEMENT PLAN

Accelerate partner certifications and capabilities through Copr., Area HQs and local enablement.

Land digital and in-person enablement engines and content through PCMMs in the subs.

LEVERAGE THE PARTNER WEBSITE TO OPTIMIZE LOCAL DIGITAL ENGAGEMENT

Ensure local training opportunities are integrated into the digital journey experiences

on the partner website.

Ensure local webinars and other digital training are integrated into the partner website experience

OPTIMIZE PARTNER ENABLEMENT EXECUTION THROUGH COMMUNITY COLLABORATION

Coordinate overall partner enablement efforts with Microsoft subsidiary teams and engines.

Report on progress and challenges with enabling our partners within your Microsoft subsidiary and HQ

Share partner enablement best practices.

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Belgium.

Salary: 1700 Euro

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company

Duration of internship: 1 year starting April 2020
