    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    Professional experience in Customer Service would be beneficial
    Good German & English skills
    Talented in organising
    Customer oriented thinking and acting

    Responsibilities

    Check of orders as to Trade Compliance regulations (Scan process, end user and end user check)
    Forwarding information, e.g. to the sales engineer in the field if scheduled delivery dates change
    Preparing forwarding and invoice documents for home and foreign countries and responsibility for all relevant correspondence
    Coordination and follow up of the delivery dates of orders
    Preparing of the relevant packing list and making sure that the products are forwarded
    Close cooperation with the other employees of the Customer Service department
