Role description
We’re looking for an Excel and PowerBI Guru, commonly known as Supplier Operations Analyst to bring his/her contribution in achieving the optimization of the cost efficiency of Codognotto Group, with a specific focus on one of our Business Unit (FTL). The ultimate goal is to develop a centralized transport purchasing function through defining the process of research, selection, supplier allocation and rates negotiation for transportation suppliers, both road and intermodal.

Main activities
Split the tasks related to the transport management from the ones related to pricing, contract and supplier management;

Map current processes of transportation sourcing and supplier allocation;

Map and define the current portfolio of suppliers;

Support Operations Directors and Purchasing Manager to define new optimized sourcing processes;

Actively work on sourcing activities with transport suppliers;

Support on contract management and pricing;

Demonstrated experience delivering results in an unstructured and fast-paced environment. Flexibility and adaptability are key.

This opportunity is organized by AIESEC and you will receive support from AIESEC in Romania branch as well as AIESEC in Italy.

Salary: 1000 Euro
Accommodation provided

AIESEC will provide you support such as: application support, arrival pickup, accommodation support, leadership development seminar and cultural integration activities.

Opportunity fee: a fee of 250 euro will be paid but ONLY after being accepted by the company
