Customer Support Opportunity (US time zone)

At Finastra Bucharest we are building a new Customer Support team (US time zone).
What your responsabilities will be:
- Provide first response to incoming US Client calls.
- Respond to US Client requests submitted through customer service ticketing system.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve US Client issues.
- Communicate with US Clients regarding the release schedule and upcoming enhancements.
- Track all support related US Client correspondence in customer service ticketing system.
- Identify and escalate recurring issues.
- Create and/or run SQL queries in order to access information in multiple environments.
