    Bachelor’s degree / Master’s degree graduate
    Very good English skills
    Strong business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
    Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills
    Ability to meet goals and deadlines
    Strong time management and collaboration skills
    Experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP/ BW) and master data tools will be preferred
    Knowledge and use of procurement tools and applications will be an advantage
    Good understanding of accounts payable (invoicing) principles and processes.

    As a Finance & Accounting Specialist, you will develop mastery in the purchasing processes and maintain relationship with selected key suppliers and internal users, from all functions of our organization.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Coordinating the central requisitioning process end-to-end to ensure its effectiveness and efficiency.
    Resolving day to day procurement issues using tactical systems and purchasing tools.
    Defining improvement plans and recommending potential solutions to issues together with various parties involved, having governance role over invoice statuses handled by other organizations
    Acting as first level of support to internal users for all site purchase to payment matters, including technical issues (after user self-service).
    Owning overall process changes and improvements, partnering with finance leaders and business users for implementation
    Collaborate closely with Purchasing and Accounting organization on ensuring compliance on each requisition and on time vendor payments.
    Establishing and maintaining effective relations with suppliers, users, or sourcing buyers
