    Cerinte

    • Minimum 2 ani experienta in activitati de suport IT;
    • Cunostinte si abilitati de instalare si diagnosticare a infrastructurii IT (hardware si software);
    • Cunostinte avansate de instalare si mentenanta a sistemelor de operare Windows, a suitelor MS Office;
    • Cunoastere a sistemelor de operare Windows Server si a tehnologiilor asociate (HyperV, Active Directory, File&Print sharing, etc.)
    • Cunostinte solide de retelistica: router, switch, TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, DHCP, DNS, firewall;
    • Limba engleza: nivel bun scris si vorbit;

    Reprezinta avantaj:
    • cunostinte sisteme de baze de date/ SQL queries, instrumente BI, reporting, analytics;
    • limba franceza.

    Competente:

    • Seriozitate, rigurozitate, integritate si buna organizare;
    • Capacitate de autoinstruire, spirit analitic, atentie la detalii;
    • Capacitate si disponibilitate pentru lucrul in echipa.

    Responsabilitati

    • Instalare / configurare / intretinere / diagnosticare / depanare hardware si software (computere, periferice, echipamente de retelistica, aplicatii);
    • Asistenta si suport tehnic pentru utilizatorii retelelelor de calculatoare ;
    • Urmarirea inventarului echipamentelor IT (hardware, software, fise de gestiune, fise de echipamente)
    • Mentinerea relatiei cu furnizorii IT (cereri si analize de oferte, comenzi, receptie produse IT, bonuri de comanda, garantii);
    • Monitorizarea si asigurarea bunei functionari a echipamentelor, aplicatiilor si serviciilor de retea;
    • Administrarea echipamentelor, conturilor de utilizator, accesului la sistemele informatice;
    • Asistenta si suport pentru proiecte IT;
    • Elaborarea de rapoarte si situatii pentru management.
