IT Engineer for Electronic Design Tools - TSR

The HW EE Team is providing best in class EE processes & tools to our internal customers in Vitesco. Our internal customers are project leaders, HW engineers and PCB design engineers who develop our future products. Electronic engineering is playing a vital role in enabling innovative and (cost) efficient product development.

Adaptation to business needs as well as the current and future IT infrastructure is key in gaining benefits from the complex ECAD software. We are looking for an ECAD Environment Solutions Architect to actively contribute of the adaptations and shaping the future EE related IT infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities:

* Understand and maintain the EE related IT infrastructure;
* Act as major stakeholder to align EE IT needs with corporate infrastructure;
* Maintain IT related Application infrastructure;
* Develop Vitesco specific utilities to adapt the standard ECAD tools to business needs and infrastructure requirements;
* Adapt the standard ECAD tools accordingly to match with business needs and infrastructure requirements;
* Support internal & external (SW) solutions (2nd and 3rd level support.

Requirements:

* University Degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Sciences or similar qualification;
* At least 3-year Experience working in IT Services;
* Basic knowledge in EE design processes and tools (Zuken knowledge a plus);
* Profound knowledge on servers and infrastructure;
* Profound knowledge on state-of-the-art programming languages (C# or similar);
* English language skills;
* Verbal and written communication skills;
* Strong Customer Focus;
* International and Intercultural experience is a plus;
* DevOps mindset, tooling and operation - Basic;
