    We are looking for an HR Representative with English/Turkish for a global leader in seamless payment who provides smart, trusted and secure solutions to empower commerce across all channels: in-store, online and on mobile.

    Your qualifications:

    Educational background in accounting or finance
    Language capabilities: English/ Italian or Spanish (fluent)
    3-5 years experience in an HR shared service center environment or HR department
    Very good knowledge in HR administration and payroll processes and systems
    Very good knowledge in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point etc.)
    Experience and very good understanding of working with processes and implement process improvements
    Ability to deal with difficult, sensitive and confidential matters
    Ability to be flexible and work analytically in problem solving environment
    Strong organizational, multi-tasking and time management skills
    Team player, responsibility and accuracy, flexibility
    Willingness to travel abroad


    Your tasks:

    Participate to the transfer and transition of the HR administration activities from Turkey Business Unit to Business Services Romania
    Prepare the work instructions to document the HR administration transferred activities
    Handle hire-to-exit HR administration tasks for Turkey business unit, e.g. preparing the necessary documents starting from hiring, job changes, until termination of the individual employment contract; release any documents or certificates requested by employees
    Maintain and update employees data into HRIS; ensure the accuracy of data within HRIS
    Deliver HR administration related reports
    Assess the process performance requirements in light of customer expectations
    Recommend and implement improvements to those processes by ensuring that clear direction is given
