Operations Specialist with French and English

We are looking for an Operations Specialist with French and English for our client, a well-known leader in personal systems and printing.


Fluency in French and English;
Previous Customer Support, Order Support or Techinal Support experience;
Very good communication skills (written and spoken);
Very good analytical skills;
Ability to work under pressure and to reach multiple deadlines in a fast business environment;
Good organizational skills, good multitasking abilities.

Analyze, approve and place orders for customers based in the customer supplies budget;
Manage customer supplies needs within a defined period and provide solution upon request;
Review and update all the workflow and cases of Customer Services;
Entering the delivery address, checking whether the credit card payment page can be redirected and also if the payment mode is supported or available;
Ensuring the content accuracy, monitoring the page in real time or providing feedback immediately and track the resolution.
