Qualifications:
• Secondary education.
• Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
• Basic level of computer literacy. High sense of responsibility in the execution of direct management orders and work tasks.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead pre-shift meetings and ensure that Game Presenters are informed about the latest updates in a timely manner.
• Evaluate Game Presenters’ performance. Coach, advise and motivate Game Presenters. Provide re-trainings.
• Manage various ad-hoc situations related to Game Presenters.
• Provide spare uniforms to Game Presenters and keep track of those.
• Organize transportation process (taxi / van).
• Make regular physical checks of the working premises.
• Ensure excellent cross-department cooperation.
• Prepare daily rotation and update it in cases of emergency, absences, and lateness.
• Follow and complete shift reports.
• Control and update working schedules of Game Presenters.
• Ensure the needed number of employees for each working shift.
• Lead induction meetings with new Game Presenters.
