Product Engineer (Junior)

Makita proiecteaza si produce o gama extinsa de scule electrice care include in principal fierastraie circulare si pendulare, rindele, masini de insurubat, ciocane rotopercutoare, polizoare si slefuitoare.

In anul 2015 corporatia Makita a sarbatorit 100 de ani de la infiintare, perioada in care a devenit cel mai important producator japonez de scule electrice portabile, cu recunoastere internationala.

-Excellent PC knowledge (word, excel, Microsoft Office).
-Good knowledge of design programs (Auto Cad, Catia etc…)
-Knowledge of engineering practices and procedures.
-Bachelor's degree in related field (Engineering University).
-Skill in preparing and analysing complex technical specifications.
-Good knowledge about technical information.
-Experience in technical area.
-Creative and possess a keen attention to detail and to be patient.
-Good communication skills, as he/she will be interacting with management and vendors.
-ERP or SAP and good knowledge of MS office software are a plus.
-English is mandatory, one or two other languages are a plus.

-To be responsible for the planning, co-ordination, monitoring, reporting and introduction of new products, projects and components in accordance with departmental procedures, management instruction, quality, cost and delivery targets.
-Ensure external manufacturing processes are capable and consistent of giving the correct component specification and quality for the appropriate assigned commodity.
-Ensure the maintenance, replacement and repair of on-going commodity production tooling, ensuring that deliveries are consistent, correct and to component specification and quality.
-Monitor plans and recommend adjustments (where necessary) to take into account deviations which could effect on time delivery.
-Understand general business, departmental and personal objectives and develop independent/team solutions to achieve the required targets.
-Compile new product manufacturing quotations within the specified time frame and ensure the correct selection of supplier, manufacturing process, material and component cost.
-Provide accurate information to the Technical Information Centre in order to ensure prompt and accurate introductions of Engineering Changes, Bills of Material, Product -Promotions and other relevant procedures.
-Application of procedural requirements, to ensure obtaining accurate technical specifications and quality achieved and maintained.
-Demonstrate ability to develop technical procedures, technical manuals and instructions engineering training.
-Advice, leads, motivate and support your immediate and cross departmental colleagues, using your personal supervisory skills.
-Keep the external developments in the field of specialty and general engineering practices applied this knowledge in order to advance, improve the engineering technique.Close cooperation with Strategic Bayer or Junior Buyer with technical information and support when creating request for quotations and price analyzing.

Corporatia Makita incepe fabricarea de scule in Romania in martie 2007, aceasta unitate de productie va deveni cea mai importanta din Europa. In Romania, compania are peste 1400 de angajati si produce aproximativ 400.000 de scule electrice portabile pe luna (diverse tipuri de flexuri, drujbe, bormasini, fierastraie, etc).
