Junior Technical Writer

Skills/Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s or master studies finished or in progress.
 0-2 years of technical writing or equivalent experience writing customer-facing technical content.
 Knowledge of documentation process: writing, editing, graphic design, video production, help authoring and information design.
 Basic knowledge of Git (branch, push/pull and pull requests) is required.
 Knowledge of , HTML, CSS is preferred.
 Knowledge of R, or other scripting language (Bash, Python, Perl) is a plus.
 Knowledge of PowerBI is a plus.
 Experience with documenting REST APIs and/or financial concepts is a plus.

 Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
 Computer literacy and technical savviness.

We have a position available for a Junior Technical Writer with Developer/Data Analysis experience, who wants to join our team in Bucharest. The position to fulfill is in the FusionFabric.cloud business unit, which is in charge of delivering the cloud-based, open and collaborative development and runtime solution. Specifically, you will take part in supporting the platform value proposals, including but not restricted to FusionCreator Developer Portal.

Responsibilities & Deliverables:
 Work with development teams, product managers and business analysts to maintain end-user, system administrator or developer documentation - including REST API documentation and video tutorials.
 Provide the management with accurate reports based on BI data.
 Collaborate with other technical writers to maintain technical guides, tutorials and release notes, in a documentation-as-code approach, in an Agile framework.
 Learn the product functionality through interviews with subject matter experts, personal use and experimentation.
