What is your role?

As an HR Administration & Payroll Specialist you will learn to:
Prepare personnel files administration: from Hire to Retire;
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities;
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations;
Process monthly payroll for client`s employees accurately and in a timely manner;
Review, analyze and verify payroll reports for accuracy and make necessary adjustments through established procedures;

As a Financial & Accounting consultant you will learn to:
Register the fiscal documents and accounting operations accurately and timely for the clients the company has in its portfolio;
Perform all accounting operations required by the project (payment orders, salary calculations, issuing fiscal sheets, cash and bank register etc.);
Prepare financial statements and management reports, under supervision; Prepare the client files according to the company's procedures;
Prepare different documents needed for the project (decisions, labor contracts, certificates, declarations, etc).

What is important for us:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics or Human Resources;
• Fluency in English;
• Good communication skills;
• Problem solving attitude;
