SCOPUL POSTULUI: Titularul postului asigura oferirea de informatii corecte si in timp util pentru clientii magazinului online
ATRIBUŢII PRINCIPALE (şi sarcini aferente):
Comunicare cu clientii pe chat-ul online al site-ului douglas.ro
Rezolvarea reclamatiilor si/ intrebarilor de la clientii Douglas via email/social media, mail si apelare telefonica
Ajutor in coordonarea comenzilor online impreuna cu echipa de facturare magazin online
Realizarea rapoartelor de tipul: centralizare comenzi
Realizarea de prezentari interne
Trimiterea tuturor informatiilor necesare si solicitate intern
Atributii administrative: avize, bonuri de consum, etc.
