    Responsabilitati

    SCOPUL POSTULUI: Titularul postului asigura oferirea de informatii corecte si in timp util pentru clientii magazinului online

    ATRIBUŢII PRINCIPALE (şi sarcini aferente):
     Comunicare cu clientii pe chat-ul online al site-ului douglas.ro
     Rezolvarea reclamatiilor si/ intrebarilor de la clientii Douglas via email/social media, mail si apelare telefonica
     Ajutor in coordonarea comenzilor online impreuna cu echipa de facturare magazin online
     Realizarea rapoartelor de tipul: centralizare comenzi
     Realizarea de prezentari interne
     Trimiterea tuturor informatiilor necesare si solicitate intern
     Atributii administrative: avize, bonuri de consum, etc.
