    Experienta minim 1 an in livrare de training in domeniul telecomunicatiilor
    Abilitati de instruire a cursantilor, capacitatea de a transfera informatii intr-un mod clar si concis;
    Abilitati deosebite de prezentare si comunicare;
    Abilitati excelente de comunicare, persuasiune, adaptibilitate la diferite tipuri de angajati;
    Experienta anterioara in vanzari sau customer care (prezinta avantaj);
    Abilitati de invatare rapida;
    Receptiv/a, cu spirit de initiativa, responsabil/a si atent/a la detalii;
    Studii superioare;
    Orientare catre detaliu;
    Abilitati excelente de utilizare MS Office (in special Excel, Power Point);Capacitate de munca in echipa;

    Responsabilitati

    Elaboreaza, dezvolta si adapteaza suporturi de curs;
    Asigura aplicarea si sustinerea programelor de pregatire pentru fiecare membru al echipei in vederea atingerii nivelului de performanta;
    Realizeaza periodic planul de training;
    Planifica si implementeaza programe de training si sesiuni de follow up, pentru personalul din cadrul departamentelor telesales;
    Instruieste angajatii noi si deja existenti pentru ocuparea posturilor disponibile in cadrul departamentelor de telesales in conformitate cu strategia si standardele companiei;
    Furnizeaza cursantilor date corecte si complete prin utilizarea corespunzatoare a sistemului informational;
    Asigura si urmareste corecta invatare si aplicare a procedurilor si instructiunilor de lucru, in cadrul procesului de training;
    Intocmeste diferite situatii si rapoarte privind angajatii avuti in sesiunile de training;
