    Cerinte

    Higher education University Degree;
    Foreign languages Fluent English written and spoken;
    PC knowledge - Office advanced;
    Minimum 2 years experience in an HR area, preferably in generalist positions;
    Action-oriented and keen sense of urgency towards problem-solving;
    Able to manage and prioritize multiple task and objectives;
    Strong internal and external customer focus;
    Strategic thinking and agility to adapt to a dynamic environment;

    Responsabilitati

    Lead and manage onboarding activities that support and accelerate new internal/external hire assimilation from the time of offer acceptance to the time at which the new hire is fully assimilated;
    Coordinate and advise on the implementation of all activities related to performance management;
    Manage talent acquisition processes in order to achieve the employment of the best quality employees;
    Offer support in people development actions plans and strategies that prepare the employees for future business challenges;
    Facilitate communication on any HR related aspects (e.g. organizational changes, etc.);
    Manage the exit management process;
    Implement HR policies and procedures and advise employees on related issues;
