    Customer relationship trainee, you will:
    • Interact by phone with customers, developing the right attitude and skills specific to each type of client;
    • Learn to develop and maximise sales by handling the customer purchase via phone and email;
    • Learn about Michelin Red Guide and other complementary products;
    • Provide Back-Office support regarding contract and customer data management;
    • Raise valuable customer insights to management: feedbacks, insights, ideas of innovation.
