Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to gather, synthesize and summarize data, also experience with BI tools
Proficiency in leading projects, providing resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems and using judgments within defined policies and practices.
Detail oriented, accountable, and possesses a high degree of integrity
Strong interpersonal, oral, and written skill
Ability to collaborate in a cross functional and global team environment
Your Day-To-Day activities:
Daily processing of customer registration request, validation and activation of partner contract in CRM system
Daily managing customer request information change by monitoring SFDC queues.
Lead role on executing day-to-day expectations
Ensure customer data compliance with customer data management policies and model
Assist external and internal customers by answering questions and developing relationships
Participate on problems resolution in order to build and maintain a strong relationship with other GBO organization and other department operations
Manage customer request information change
Monitor processes, and ensure adherence to policies, field requests, and otherwise respond to issues.
Participate of opportunities identification for improvement, support technology, and work on definition and implementation of projects to deliver on those opportunities in partnership with other GBO and PTC departments (Sales Operations, Marketing, Renewal sales, Sales, FPA.).
Identify potential internal controls and procedures to be implemented.
Provide quality service to increase customer satisfaction
Process of different type of orders on occasional basis as required per volume
Reporting to Supervisor, Customer Data Management, the Customer Data Management Representative will be in charge of collecting, managing and analysing external customers, partners, resellers, distributors data.
The Customer Data Management Representative will participate to ensure and maintain the flow of an information system's data throughout its life cycle: from creation and initial storage to the time when it becomes obsolete and is inactivated.
The Customer Data Management Representative is responsible for globally controlling data related to external customers and he will be involved in the development and continuous improvement of Customer Data Management processes.
