    5+ years of technical recruiting and/or sourcing experience with at least 2 years minimum as part of an in-house recruiting team; early career search firm experience also highly desirable.
    Experience at creating and implementing recruiting processes and recognizing where efficiencies in process could be improved
    Passionate about GoPro products and able to speak to our technology/industry
    Patient and communicative team player that is detail oriented and has outstanding interpersonal skills
    Experience partnering with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process
    Bachelors degree or equivalent
    Possess a passion for building and maintaining strong professional relationships
    Have a deep understanding of our business and its unique challenges.


    Manage full cycle recruiting process with a focus on a variety of technical roles across Europe, but heavy focus on our hardware groups
    Partner with hiring managers to identify key requirements for each role
    Develop a talent pipeline utilizing diverse and strategic recruiting methods including tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns
    Engage, screen and interview qualified candidates
    Facilitate interview process and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
    Maintain data reports and performance metrics to share with hiring teams on a regular basis
    Drive offer process, including extending offers, negotiation, and closing candidates
    Act as an internal and external-facing representative of GoPro and our talent acquisition team
    Be the primary contact for all recruiting needs for EMEA.
    Partner with HR Business Partners and the Director of People to deliver on strategic recruiting initiatives
    Own and administer reporting measures on recruiting for EMEA and partner with the APAC and USA recruitment teams on recruiting statistics
    Represent GoPro at recruitment fairs
    Be the key contact for recruiting updates and provide weekly updates with hiring managers
    This position may include leading contract staff.
