MES engineer

ABOUT US:

Varroc-Elba Electronics is a Greenfield in the Automotive sector in Timisoara.

We have opened on 2019 producing electronics for headlamps and rear lamps.

Currently we are looking to expand our team and find some new enthusiastic and creative colleagues.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for installation and validation MES of machines
• Machines, utilities, traceability system implementation
• Creates Process Flow Charts
• Develops and maintains process documentation
• Determines staffing requirements & production times
• Creates & updates work instructions
• Creates protocol of communication between VEE MES and Equipment. Creates manual/guide operation for this soft
• Creates standard procedure for integration VEE MES. Creates manual/guide operation for this soft
• Creates and maintains VEE MES software. Creates manual/guide operation for this soft
• Creates and maintains VEE Maintenance software. Creates manual/guide operation for this soft
• Creates and maintains VEE Matrix software for skills and trainings for operators and maintenance technicians. Creates manual/guide operation for this soft
• Provides and manages production support for VEE MES functions including ERP interfaces, MES master data maintenance & process modelling, MES functionality (transactions and user interfaces), and Database / reporting functions
• Authors and executes any software validation activities, with proper oversight, required to support and maintain the VEE MES system
• Responsible for continuous improvement & process training for maintenance and operators
• Analyses and improves process capability and efficiency on machine
• Creates and maintains Process Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (PFMEA)
• Validates Manufacturing Processes
• Might be subject to potential 24/7 technical support to ensure appropriate response and resolution to manufacturing issues
• Report to the IE Manager of the problems as they occur

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelors in electronic engineering or mechanical engineering or computer science(or studies in progress)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years in Industrial Automation or Information Technology
• SQL database management
• Oracle database management is a plus
• Knowledge about Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma

• ISO Standards Knowledge
• Experience in using and maintaining RDBMS
• Experience in development, configuration, implementation in manufacturing
• Familiar with MES systems
• Strong skills in programming tools
