PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Technical bachelor degree;
Minimum 4 years of previous experience in a similar position;
English language- intermediate level;
Knowledge of MS Office, Management Reporting System, ERP.

Follows up and controls the production planning;
Manages the new products requests and the products modifications;
Modifies the production planning according to the lack of materials, equipment capacity;
Monitors the subordinated personnels activity;
Responsible for ensuring production proper running according to the requested term, amount, quality and planning;
Collaborates with all departments;
Responsible for following the internal and external warnings, taking the required actions;
Responsible for demanding all tools for purchasing department required for production;
Responsible for reporting the required information, reports, occurred problems to the Production Managers;
Issues the decision taken by the management in the production line;
Carries out activities for increasing the employees motivation;
Responsible for preparing and submitting requested statics and reports for the general production analysis.
